Adding color to your table with Denby Pottery

A few weeks back I was contacted by Denby Pottery about being part of their Vibrant Color Campaign - now, I am not exactly known for using vibrant color in my designs but I do love a pop of color in a neutral space! Tableware and tablescapes are actually the perfect place to bring color into your home. Bringing color in with something that you can switch up seasonally and when the occasion strikes is less of a commitment.

I chose a few of my favorites from Denby’s Studi Blue and Heritage Piazza collection and create a table look that I absolutely love!

Indigos have long been my go-to palette when layering color into my tableware. I love Denby’s studio blue (Denby USA link) coloring for all of it’s variation and texture. The stoneware is handmade in Derbyshire, England and has a really laid back vibe that works well with my Californian aesthetic. And a bonus that it goes so well with my Mill Road Studio hand-dyed indigo linens that I cherish.

I also opted to layer in ever-popular blush from Denby’s Heritage Piazza collection for a pop! Blush tableware has been trending for a while but I think it has staying power. I love using more trendy colors in occasional pieces like serving platters.

Also layering beautiful flowers and produce can help bring your table to life. I love oranges and yellows mixed in the rich blue tones.

We are currently on a 6 week summer holiday but I actually can’t wait to use these pieces when we get home! I may even order more so I have enough for entertaining!
